(More customer reviews)Everyone should keep in mind before ordering that you are just buying the dock here. A charger does not come with this. (You would think it would at this price!) You have to use your existing wall charger, the one that initially came with your tab. Was a pain in the hee-haw connecting the cradle and the base together. Had to press really, really, REALLY hard for the two pieces to snap together. Felt like it would break. Be sure that the cradle is fully mounted on the base. the cradle should touch the top of your desk/table just like the base does. If it doesn't then you haven't pressed really, really, REALLY hard enough. The Tab won't make proper contact with the base unless you do.
