(More customer reviews)To correct the earlier comment, this cable can be useful in certain cases. I bought this cabel to use with my foretrex 101, which doesn't ship with a cable. It works fine, though make sure it is pushed all the way in. No "charging base" is needed to use this cable with the foretrex 101 since the foretrex uses AAA batteries.
